1. Content Rules

A. Acceptable Content

  • Legal Compliance: All posted content must comply with local and international laws, particularly regarding copyright, defamation, and the protection of minors.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Users are encouraged to create content that values cultural, ethnic, religious, and gender diversity.
  • Protection of Minors: Any content intended for an adult audience must be clearly labeled. Videos with explicit scenes (violence, coarse language, sexuality) should not be accessible to minors.
  • Prohibited Themes: Violent, extremist, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or violence-inciting content is strictly prohibited.

2. Conduct Rules

A. User Interactions

  • Respect and Civility: Users must interact respectfully in comments, discussions, and private messages.
  • Spam and Scams: Comments and messages containing unsolicited advertisements, scams, or malicious links are prohibited. Videos that are repeatedly posted will be removed, and sanctions may vary based on the number and type of videos.
  • Harassment and Bullying: Any form of harassment or intimidation, including cyberbullying, is prohibited. This includes racist, sexist, homophobic comments, or any other type of hate speech.

B. Reporting and Moderation

  • Reporting: Users should have the option to report content or behavior that violates the rules.
  • Sanction System: A system of penalties should be implemented for violations (warnings, temporary suspension, permanent banning).

3. Safety and Privacy Rules

A. Protection of Personal Data

4. Content Creator Rules

  • Community Respect: Creators must respect the community and refrain from posting provocative content or content likely to incite violence or hatred.
  • Quality and Authenticity: Creators are encouraged to post high-quality content and avoid misleading the audience with deceptive titles or descriptions.
  • Copyright Management: Creators are responsible for all content posted on their channel and must ensure they have the necessary rights for each element used.

5. Sanctions for Rule Violations

  • Suspension System: Warnings, temporary suspensions, and permanent bans may be applied depending on the severity of the violations.
